Guidance on building better digital services in government
Andrew is currently a service designer with the City of Austin’s Office of Design & Delivery, which is dedicated to designing and building services for residents that grow and adapt with their needs. Previously, he was a researcher with the Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship, a think tank focused on advancing actionable innovation policy for Canada. He holds a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Toronto.
